Lake Spokane Community

Lake Spokane came for eight days and got a lot done and were able to see a lot of the city. They finished the house for Linda, a friend in the neighborhood, started the previous week by North Coast Family Fellowship. They completed roof, ran wire, installed windows, and Bob Silver designed a set of complicated stairs for Linda to get to her house (on the on the roof of another house). They also worked in our dorms installing bathroom windows, drywalling, and insulating.

A favorite pastime of this group was checking out various parts the town and eating the local food. They were open to eat most things which is always a good way to get to know a culture. One particular food was birria and it was widely praised.
