Ecola Bible School
March 2008
The beginning of this month we welcomed the 4th annual Ecola Bible School Mexico missions team. This group of 47 drove down from the Oregon Coast to spend 6 days working alongside us and Caravan ministries. They were a group of hard workers with servant's hearts and great attitudes, adventurous and willing to try almost any taco available.
On our campus, with the help of Art Duryea from Coastline Christian Fellowship, they ran electrical wiring throughout the new dorms. They also put lofts in each dorm room, weeded the property, cleaned up the street on the east side of the property (which involved uprooting some very big plants), and installed insulation, painted, and plastered various rooms. On their last work day, they created an assembly line and bucketed sand and gravel that will be used for future concrete pours. In eastern Tijuana, they built 4 houses with Caravan ministries and worked on various projects at their mission.
We are thankful for their contribution of time and money and their encouragement in the Lord.
