Cross at San Ysidro Border and get into third lane from left

Drive onto the overpass, merge one lane right and follow signs to Zona Rio

Stay to the right but do NOT turn off of the overpass (that will take you towards Ensenada)

Once over the overpass exit to the right, you will see a Costco on the right, merge into the right lane and turn right at the light onto Marquez de Leon

Get into the middle lane and go straight through the next light

After the light the road bends to the left and you will go through one stop sign and come to a stop light

Turn right at the stop light (onto a one-way street). This is Calle 9  (9th St., also called Zaragoza)

Continue on 9th street through several stop lights. After crossing Boulevard Constitution you will go up a hill

You will go through two stop signs, one light, and three more stop signs, and at the Pemex gas station(on right side) turn left

Continue straight up the hill for apx. 1/2 mile and turn right at the Catholic Church at the top of the hill (see pic)

The Castillo can be seen on your left as you drive up the street. At the end of the street divider make a u-turn to arrive at the Castillo
