Overview
Our program has classroom and learning through service components.
In the classroom, students receive instruction from qualified guest teachers on a new topic each week. All students take the same course of study. Class topics include surveys of books of the Bible, basic theology, missions, and Mexican culture and Spanish. Classes are held in the morning for a total of three hours per day.
Outside of the classroom, students are required to attend a local church. Students also participate in a volunteer program of their choice (for example: hands-on construction work, teaching English as a second language, volunteering in an orphanage). They explore various ministries in the area and volunteer weekly at one throughout the second semester. We encourage students to build life-impacting relationships with the people they meet by visiting them and spending time in their homes.
